Are you having issues with publishing your post, and this error note appears above? 👇


If this note appears, it means that your Instagram account was changed back from a Business account to either a Private account or the Creator one.

💡 Only a Business account is compatible with ZoomSphere due to Instagram API limitations.

👉 In this case, you need to change it back. Open your Instagram account on your mobile app and go to the Settings Account Switch account type and choose the Business Account.

Once you have changed the account type, go back to the ZoomSphere settings and refresh your personal FB profile.

Once it's refreshed, go back to your post and click on the Try it again button, and publish the post. 😉
