1. Error: Invalid OAuth access token data
If you want to respond to the comments in your Community Management App and you receive a system error – like this one:
The connection between your page and our app is most likely expired, and it is necessary to refresh it. Go to the main settings of your Master Account, click on your disconnected profile, and click the Refresh icon.
Once the connection is restored, you will be able to reply to all incoming comments from the affected page.
2. Error: A security check is required to proceed
This error note means that Facebook, for some reason, has restricted the ability to reply to your comments. It is not possible to comment on Facebook or in ZoomSphere.
💡 This ban usually fades away after 24 hours. For more information, please get in touch with the Facebook support team.
3. Error validating access token
If you see this error message after trying to reply to a comment, the connection between your Facebook page and our app is invalidated, and it is necessary to refresh it.
Facebook invalidates the connection when someone changes their password or when they have some other unspecified security reasons.
How to fix it
You need to refresh the personal Facebook profile in the Settings – Social profiles to which the Page is linked. Click the Refresh icon located on the personal Facebook profile.
