The ZoomSphere notification system is here to facilitate your teamwork and cooperation when creating your content plan. It's easy, and intuitive, and no new update will go unnoticed.
When creating or editing a post, you can leave comments to your teammates/clients or even mention which triggers an email notification.
Mention your teammate by @username and send the comment.
Notification panel for new Scheduler activity (new comment/mention)
Here, you can find all internal comments and mentions aggregated from your Scheduler Apps. The number on the bell indicates the total number of unread notifications.
When opening the notification center, you can check which posts were updated and open them directly from there.
All new and unread notifications are marked light blue as long as you click on them or mark them all as read.
If you wish to receive notifications to your mobile app ZoomSphere, make sure you Follow each app with the blue Follow button on the top right corner of each app. By this Follow button, you will decide from what app you want to get notified.
