Customer Care module

1. Comments from promoted Dark posts* are now supported by Zoomsphere and will appear in your comments queue in Customer Care module. Please note that only comments from dark posts not older than 7 days will be synced in your Customer Care module.Β 

*Dark posts are targeted ads on Facebook. They don’t appear on your timeline, and they also don’t show up in the feeds of your followers. Instead, they show up as promoted content in the feeds of users you are targeting.

Publisher module

1. Click through hashtags. Hashtags in your posts are now click through and will direct you to the native platforms search result.Β 

2. Change the order of your images in your post by simple drag&drop.

3. Activity log section is now visible for users with admin and editor roles only. Users with client role can no longer access this section.
